Technical
VTO stations meet the legal requirements for public spaces and can withstand hostile environments such as airports and exhibition halls.
Construction and materials
- Component parts are cast in moulds for accuracy
- Glass reinforced plastic [GRP] body parts are flame retardant
- Parts are extremely durable, water resistant and colour fast
- Stations move freely on level ground
- v5 pivots open and closed and is lockable after trade
- V-stations are "dry-fixed" so do not require glues or welding to assemble
- V-stations can be flat-packed to allow easy access to any site
- Stainless steel is finished to catering quality
- V-station hubs connect to service counters with a simple stainless steel pin
Branding
- 2D branding can be over applied to stations and retail wall
- 3D branding can be achieved by wrapping laminates, steel, acrylics etc
Services and installation
- Water, data and electrical requirements are housed in the service hub
- V-stations are fully assembled and certified for regional compliance
- Water and electrical services are formatted ready to trade
Electrical:
- Single phase or 3 phase electrical supplies, EU and US 110V are available
- On-site services should be terminated beside or below the rear service hub
- Purpose-built conduits are available to reach water over-head supplies
- Soft armoured cable should be used on site to ease access
- Services are independently tested and certified
Water:
- Stations can trade using mains or bottled water
- A fold-away trolley is provided where bottles are adopted
- Pumps can be fitted to omit waste water
- Waste can drain into an on-site waste pipe if positioned below the station
- Stations have an instantaneous hot water boiler and one hand-wash sink
