Prices
Onsite Support & Consultancy:
To keep life simple for you we charge a flat hourly rate
for any onsite services of £30 per hour, with a minimum charge
of £30 per visit.
If you would like a site inspection and report this is free and carries absolutely no obligations. These take approximately 2 hours but shouldn't take any more than 20 minutes of your time.
Remote Access & Telephone Support:
We provide telephone support and remote access in 5 minute blocks at a cost of £2 per unit. These can to be pre-purchased in a minimum quantity of 10. This way you only ever pay for the service you receive allowing you flexibility, like a Pay As You Go mobile phone rather than a contract where you may well pay for services you do not require or use.
Website Design & Hosting:
Again we apply the same philosophy of no hidden charges.
Different businesses have different requirements from their websites so as such we will need to discuss your requirements with you to give an accurate price for the development of your site. However if you want a standard brochure website with 7 pages or less it will cost £359.
The website hosting is a fixed price, this will be charged annually after the first 12 months.
We will also register your website with free online directories that are relevant to your business sector.
