	Upgrade of Computer Systems Our customer required an upgrade of all their computer systems and printers with the introduction of a new POS system in all of their stores. We worked along side the POS specialist company to ensure we supplied our customer with hardware of a specification suitable to run their POS software. We ensured that the systems were upgraded with no disruption to the day to day running of their stores.
	Website Development for new business We were approached by Neil at Delamere MTB Tours to create a website for his new business, he wanted to illustrate to potential customers what they can expect from one of his tours. People who have been on a tour are encouraged to send in pictures to display on the website, showing other mountain bikers how much fun will be had if they were to book a tour! 	Database created for an Independent Travel Agent We worked with Luxury Leisure Travel to create a database that has automated their booking system. The system has centralised customer information and allows customers' details to be added, searched and updated quickly and efficiently, saving time and improving customer service. The database also automates all correspondences whilst giving Luxury Leisure Travel the flexibility to continue giving the personal touch they provide to all their customers.
